How to Brew with Vidro

Pure coffee. No filters. No fuss

1 Measure & Grind

Use 18–20 grams of medium-coarse coffee (about 3 to 3.5 tablespoons) for one cup. The texture should resemble coarse sea salt.
Brewing two cups? Use fresh grounds each time.

2 Heat Your Water

Heat water to 195–205°F. Microwave: ~1:45–2:00 Stovetop: ~3–4 minutes on medium-high. Look for small bubbles and light steam — not a full boil.

3 Bloom the Grounds

Add grounds to Vidro and pour just enough water to saturate. Let it sit for 30 seconds to release gases and prep for brewing.

4 Pour & Brew

Pour the rest of the hot water in a slow circular motion. Let it filter naturally through the coffee bed. Brew time: 3 to 4 minutes.

5 Serve & Savor

Remove the top chamber and pour your coffee. Vidro gives you a smooth, flavorful cup without paper, plastic, or sediment.

6 Clean with Ease

Tap out used grounds and rinse Vidro with warm water. The grounds are compostable and cleanup is quick and simple.
